My friends Dan Thron and Brian White of Rustmonkey Productions put together a trailer for Scanner a couple of years ago when the project was first making the rounds. It's in pretty stark contrast to the Linklater approach. The Quicktime of their pitch is here: Link I love Linklater, but man, would I have liked to see Rustmonkey's Scanner."
