Patent-leather thigh holster for cellphones

My friend Pablos is an amazing hacker/inventor — part of the Shmoo Group, responsible for the WiFi hackerbot that seeks out people whose laptops are leaking cleartext passwords and rolls up to their feet, displaying their passwords on a upfacing LCD, and numerous other projects.

When I stayed with him in Seattle earlier this spring, he gave me a sneak peek of his new project, the Tsaya ladies' thigh-holster for mobile phones. His workshop was full of stretchy and soft materials, prototypes for the sleek, saucy wallet you see pictured here.

The Tsaya mounts securely, fits snugly, adjusts to fit any mobile phone, and has room for ID, cash and credit-cards — it replaces a handbag for a night of club-going and you can dance while wearing it without dislodging it.

I think it's an awesome idea: it's Mata-Hari's bad-ass thigh-holster updated for the twenty-first century.

The black patent-leather Tsaya costs $79, but if you refer a friend, they save $10 and you get a $10 commission via PayPal, through Tsaya's "Menage-a-Trois" program.
