Next to this photo of a local spycam, a writer on the Chicago metblog says: "No, these aren't new. What is new is that the eye is the sky has ears. It can detect gun shots, pivot to face the direction of the sound, videotape the offender and then call 911. Which, of course, may or may not be working." Link
