Quonset huts yesterday and today — book and exhibition

After the war, surplus Quonsets became ubiquitous in American architecture, being converted to houses, churches, and places of work. The Anchorage, Alaska Museum of History and Art is staging an exhibition of Quonsets past and present and has released a book to commemorate it.
