A few weeks ago, my friend Amy Miller gave us the perfect gift for our forthcoming baby: a soft onesie emblazoned with a Bigfoot iron-on! I was even more excited to hear that Amy made the iron-on herself. She handcrafted a mini Bigfoot figure from assorted spare doll parts and other materials, photographed it, and then tweaked the image in Photoshop. I was delighted to hear that the Bigfoot design is just one in a limited series of Cryptid onesies. Along with Bigfoot, Amy is now offering Mothman and Giant Squid designs. Coming soon are the Ivory-Billed Woodpecker, Tasmanian Tiger, Jersey Devil, Chupacabras, and Nessie. The onesies are $20 including tax and shipping.
