Schoolkids "passing notes" by commenting on random blog-posts

InformationWeek editor Mitch Wagner discovered two schoolgirls "passing notes" to each other by posting comments on his blog. Their school's firewall blocks IM and message-board systems, but not blogs with message-boards, so the clever girls hijacked his comment-system. Mitch writes:

I'm actually rather impressed by these two girls' ingenuity.
*

On the other hand, it's wrong. Our blog is not your private messaging system. Go leave your notes somewhere else.

I expect I'll be working for steph and chey in 25 years. Hopefully, they will have forgotten this exchange by then.

Don't they teach spelling in schools nowadays?
