I just found these wonderful illustrations by Ellen Forney. Each week, she takes an actual ad from The Stranger's kinky personals section, Lustlab, and turns it into a little single-panel illustration/comic. Like the ads they're representing, they're very varied and inventive.
In posting about it on my own blog, I really struggled to come up with a favorite to spotlight, and settled on the hunky/femme lesbian couple looking for a third wheel, Big Daddy Roth-style. Looks like Fantagraphics is coming out with a book of these in 2008.
