Alice in Sunderland review mashes up comic

Joe sez,

Steve Flanagan has posted one of the coolest and most unusual reviews of a graphic novel I've ever seen – and I've seen (and written) a lot. He takes Brit comics god Bryan Talbot's newly released Alice In Sunderland and reviews it in comics panels, aping the primary style of Bryan's book itself with a comics narrator explaining things via speech bubbles in front of the artwork. Must have taken him ages, very cool, funny and clever.

If you haven't seen Alice In Sunderland yet (Cape in the UK, Dark Horse in the US) then look out for it, it is a fascinating work that took Bryan several years of research and work and, let's face it, Bryan Talbot and Lewis Carroll make for a brilliant combo.
