Sure, five times seems unlikely, but there are over 6 billion people on the planet. One in a million chances happen 6 thousand times.

I like Ivan256's theory: one meteor strike, multiple fragments found on separate occasions. Radivoje Lajic associates meteor strikes with heavy rains (lightning and thunder?), so that's when he looks for evidence -- and holes in the roof.

5 unrelated meteorite hits are not a simple coincidence: it's an hoax!

#1: Sven is not really a Serbian name, sometime I have used, and heard, Boris as the typical Serb; I don't know if it is widespread.

#3: Finding a proper Serbian name was not really crucial to the understanding of the two line joke. Which, although implies that this story is the result of a hoax, it is always good to have someone like you point it out to those that may not get the joke.

Hmm..

House hit once... Meteroite fragments into five pieces. Piece one found immediately. Pieces 2-4 only found during heavy rain when a leak becomes apparent?

The only other option, really, is that the rocks were mis-identified as meteorites.

There was a case in the Old West (or it might just have been a 'Death Valley Days' episode) where an old lady's front porch was destroyed by meteorites. She went to court to sue God (via the church) for the damage, as she felt that she hadn't done anything wrong for God to be justified in taking his wrath out on her. I can't remember if she won or lost.

Just because the odds against it are astronomical, doesn't mean it can't happen. The infamous "odds that life on earth evolved are 1 in 10-to-the 32-power" claim, for example-- a 1 with 32 zeros after it sure seems like a huge number, but it's still tiny when compared to infinity.

I don't know, what are the odds of one house getting hit by meteorites 5 times? The guy may have a point. The question is, what did he do to piss the aliens off?

It probably isn't extraterrestrials sending the meteorites. I think it's most likely he has angered Zeus in some way. As we all know, Zeus is easy to irritate, so it might be something as simple as providing the wrong sacrifice or burnt offering.
