I think the broad, even strokes of the sans serif face combined with the vigorous kerning make this logotype a polished example of visual identity that both grabs the viewer and sticks in the public’s memory.

Very funny, and the Govt wankers deserve it – but this is also utterly tragic graphic design. It’s irredeemably awful, totally lacking in any perceptible thought, style, skill, wit…still, it’s said that clients get the work they deserve.

Its not dirty, you guys just have dirty minds. It could be a monk, a cop aiming a gun at a robber, a snowman with a boner, a snake, or someone sitting playing a small flute. Just like the ink blot tests the picture is a reflection of you not of the letters.
