Japanese pop artist Yoshitomo Nara has just published his first children's book, The Lonesome Puppy. I bought a copy for my two-year-old a few days ago and we both love it. He's asked me to read it to him at least a half-dozen times already. It's a delightful story with, of course, beautiful artwork about a dog who is so big that people don't even know he's there.
