flip-mino.jpg I have a Flip Ultra video camera, but my daughter took it from me and won't give it back. I was going to buy another one, but today Flip introduced the Mino, which is 40% smaller than the Ultra. It comes with 2GB of memory and can record up to an hour of video. Amazon is selling it for $179. I guess I should get it and trade it with my daughter for the Ultra, since I know she's going to take it anyway. Link

Why not just make your daughter your legal guardian so she has control of all your assets forever? You won’t have to let her off with stealing anymore then!

I recently bought a digital camera that handles video as well as stills. The brand was GFM and it was NIB on eBay for $20 bucks plus freight. Had to get a 2GB SD card but it came with 2 sets of cables (USB and RCA) as well as a case. It works great with daylight but it’s rather poor for low-light situations. I lucked out on this one though.

This really isn’t much different from the disposable video cameras that are out, just repackaged and pre-hacked.

Stand up to your kid man, otherwise we’ll never respect you. And the respect of anonymous people on the Internet? Priceless.

Wow, that would be great if Amazon shipped to Puerto Rico. But … they don’t. Bastards.
