I write books. My latest is a YA science fiction novel called Homeland (it's the sequel to Little Brother). More books: Rapture of the Nerds (a novel, with Charlie Stross); With a Little Help (short stories); and The Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow (novella and nonfic). I speak all over the place and I tweet and tumble, too.

I love the one entitled “I Heard You Broke Up With Your Girlfriend, Here’s Where to Find Me,” which begins at the YMCA (“Your House Since She Kicked You Out”), goes along 95 through the Enchanted Forest, and has a mysterious, unmarked detour to a magic well with a key:

actually that looks like a pen holder… would like to know the brand. i am forever mismatching notebook and pen, and would love to get a notebook with a dedicated pen holder…

it is a pen holder, i cant remember the brand name but you can buy them in tokyu hands in Tokyo (just in case you feel like going to japan to buy a notebook)
