    The leaning is this gimmick:

It involved gimmicked shoes that hook into a heavy camouflaged baseplate.

why are the japanese so much more awesomer than everyone else?

its the same lean that michael jackson did in the 80′s in the smooth criminal vid, also he did it live on stage

somthing about “classic” humor will always appeal to me….guess thats why i’m an animator =)

Wow, gravity leans that would make the Rocksteady crew proud.

  • clueless in brooklyn

    Johnny Knoxville would be proud.

that was awesome! I especially enjoyed the bottled drink off of the paper thing… I wish I would see things like this on MY commute home!

Hilarious. Anyone know how the leaning thing is done? It can’t just be amazing balance control, can it?

  • The Lizardman

@1 Jackass culled their ideas for senior citizen makeup from japanese performers. Their strength was never originality (as they will generally admit) but rather the lengths they would go to (depths they would sink?) borrowing from others work / premises – that and they actually had support / backing from a major player in MTV

The performer is a magician named Cyril Takeyama– he’s actually pretty talented and has a lot of clips on youtube. Look up his awesome Lacoste trick!
