    There used to be a man who showed his home movies and narrated them on public access I first saw it on Fridley Minnesota’s ETC (http://www.etc12.com/), which was the first public access channel in the US. It was called Uncle Ernie’s TNT True Adventures. It was amazing. Here are a couple episodes:
