It's called UTF-16 poetry. The method is as follows: 1. Go to an English website 2. Switch the Character Encoding to UTF-16 3. Copy some of the resulting Chineese gibberish and run it through a translate engine (Google Translate or Altavista) 4. Arrange the results into poetry.
