You may have seen him on the Food Network Challenges. It was actually quite tasty. The head, neck, and tail were made out of modeling chocolate, there was one small support in the neck but was otherwise cake covered in fondant. It was an amazing 30th birthday for my boyfriend. I am the one who commissioned this cake from Mike’s Amazing Cakes in Redmond, WA. You may have seen him on the Food Network Challenges.
