Gama-Go's Greg Long pointed me to this fantastic Mushroom Forest Coffee Table. It ain't cheap: $985. But I love how cartoony it looks. As Greg says, "It's just lacking a caterpillar with a hooka." Mushroom Forest Coffee Table

Looks a lot like the children/family seating areas in Schiphol airport in Amsterdam. We’ve spent quite a few hours sitting there on various trips. More comfortable than you’d think; but then, I’m 5’6″ with short legs.

Upholster it in a nice shag and it would also make the perfect gift for that crazy cat lady in your life.

  • FoetusNail

Now that’s pure fun and looks like a bargain, compared to the 1800 skate truck table.

  • Sam Rothenberg

I would love to have this as a display table for my potted ethnobotanicals.

  • Beanolini

You could make your own from darning mushrooms.

Sam @3, That is a BRILLIANT idea. Perfect display for your collection. They should send you a free one just for that purpose.

  • JD Rhoades

it definitely makes more sense as a display rack than a table. Try to set drinks and such down on it and I guarantee you’d get more than the usual number of spills.

I need that so bad I am going upstairs to pout like a small child or woodland sprite. But maybe I’m just a little hung up on psychedelia.
