French artist Patrick Segui will show his wunderkammer-inspired sculptures and paintings in a show opening February 7 at San Francisco's Shooting Gallery. According the gallery, "As a child, (Segui) had a taste for sideshow-esque icons, deviant animalia and misfits. He attributes influence to German Expressionism, Dada, and Surrealism forerunners such as G. Grosz, O. Dix, and M. Beckman.
