Canadian ISPs experiencing massive reduction in growth (but they don't want Net Neutrality anyway)

In this week's episode of CBC's Search Engine, the revelation that Canada's ISPs are experience dramatic (up to 45 percent!) reductions in traffic-growth. The ISPs were forced to release the stats as part of a regulatory hearing. Why does this matter? Because the ISPs -- some of the least Neutral, most-connection-fiddling in the world -- argue that their out-of-control growth means that they have to secretly screw up your downloads and demand bribes from companies in exchange for "premium" access to you and your computer.
