From the voluminous shelves of the National Archives, here are vintage Swine Flu PSAs from 1976.

For those who don't remember the great swine flu scare, here's a website I just googled.

My parents got the ’70s swine flu shot. They usually don’t believe in the flu shot, but at the time, everyone was making such a big deal about it.

My mom got really, really sick from the shot and regrets ever taking it.

Also – the line forms to the left to get the left-over Smallpox vaccine that they stockpiled in 2004.
    – Hey, where’s everybody going? This is a REAL PUBLIC HEALTH CONCERN! We’re not fear-mongering! It’s for your own good! Hey look! Even President Bush got one! Come on, line up now.

It sounds like like the voice of William Shatner (Captain Kirk) for the male voice-over. Anyone agree?
