Etsy seller Plastique's got laser-cut acrylic rings boasting pointy world monuments. As knuckledusters, they create the possibility of growling, "Right, mate, you're geography," before you bust your opponent in the chops.

I write books. My latest is a YA science fiction novel called Homeland (it's the sequel to Little Brother). More books: Rapture of the Nerds (a novel, with Charlie Stross); With a Little Help (short stories); and The Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow (novella and nonfic). I speak all over the place and I tweet and tumble, too.

This set looks very much like the set of good friend of mine designed a couple of years back, or is that just me? http://www.zlda.nl/catalog/index.php

    Right, mate, you’re architecture.

  • Takuan

    I fot that wus jograffy?

  • Aleknevicus

The Etsy seller incorrectly describes one of the rings as the Space Needle when it should be the CN Tower.

  • IamInnocent

I know that I often go OT on the intended subject of many post but they all stimulate the imagination so much: I wonder what a TSA agent would make of that?

  • AirPillo

Actually using those rings as knuckle-dusters could lead to some pretty badly broken fingers. I wouldn’t try it.

  • GuidoDavid

    Western biased ring!
Call me when they have one with the Petronas on it.
