Racism will not be solved by you and I professing that we're all the same on the inside, and that none of this race stuff matters. It will be solved by acknowledging that race plays a huge role in oppressing certain people in our society, that we are part of the cause of that oppression and therefore have the power to help stop it. Race/Racism isn't a religion that you can either choose to believe in or not. It's a social system that operates regardless of your feelings about it. I find it really bizarre that Hitler used the term "Aryan" to describe Nordic types; the Aryans were an ethnic group from the north of India - that is, the Rom, or ethnic "Gypsies."
