Today on the Worth1000 photoshopping contest, "Fudge and Sprinkles: Putting Delicious toppings on Everything!" Worth it for several of the images, but especially this delicious deep-sea banana split by "Mandrak."

I write books. My latest is a YA science fiction novel called Homeland (it's the sequel to Little Brother). More books: Rapture of the Nerds (a novel, with Charlie Stross); With a Little Help (short stories); and The Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow (novella and nonfic). This is great. The Fudge and Sprinkles photo (linked above) is also pretty amazing.

I’m a little weirded out by the message at the top of Worth1000, though, that reads “Why, hello there. I am so happy to meet you!”

I’m not ready for websites that speak to me in 1st person.
