A friend of mine does something similar, and I can't believe how realistic some of the stuff he does is! Just google Adam Makarenko and he should be the first hit.

I have mucho respect for anyone that takes the time and has the patience to do stuff like this. Utterly beautiful! :)

I really like the photos, i love it when someone perfects a craft and shares it.

But, isn't this what stop motion set designers have done in the past, and continue to do occasionally?

I remember reading/viewing a show about a Japanese gentleman who made amazing images of galaxies from cream poured in coffee. This stuff is great!

These are very cool, I like how much effort he went into doing it. Of course if you wanted to cheat you go to
http://tiltshiftmaker.com/ and make your own... out of your own photos... 8-)

This is actually the opposite of tilt shift. Tilt shift makes full-size landscape photos look like miniatures. This guy makes miniatures that look like full landscapes.

Sure thing, #6. Onliest thing missing is a trip to Mars or a close-proximity visit to an F4 tornado.

That is really cool. I'd like to see it next to something to show their actual size and what they look like without the effects.

Perfect for the Museum of Jurassic Technology's collection.

For a minute I thought those were just photos with a forced perspective, nice miniatures.
