Mario-Bros1.jpg After they saved the princess, Mario and Luigi moved to Manchester, UK and went into the restaurant business. Luigi sells pizzas, kebabs, and burgers; Mario owns a bakery and confectionary. Who knew? The Neatorama guys found this using Google Street View.

Don’t do that to me this early in the morning. I look at the picture, and clearly Mario sells the confectioneries and Luigi is the pizza guy.

Also, I hear Luigi still twitches when you order your pizza with mushrooms.

Luigi seems more paranoid than his brother considering his shop is more fortified. Maybe bakeries are less likely to be robbed than pizzerias.

This photo is obviously taken early in the morning when the bread trade is booming and the pizza trade is closed.

Hence the Lollipop lady in the picture. (They only come out at around 8am-ish and 3.30pm-ish when the school day starts/ends)

If they venture out at any other time, they turn to dust…

Incidentally, I’ve walked past here quite a few times as a friend lives just down the road. Upon mentioning this today, I was informed that Marios now sells childrens toys as well.

You got your descriptions of the two restaurants mixed up….

I live in Manchester and I’ve been past here before

Huh? I always thought that they were plumbers.

Do you think it is a coincidence that Mario’s sign is red and Luigi;s is green?
