JHEREG license plate

More scenes from a book tour: Steven Brust's kick-ass JHEREG license-plate, on proud display at BookPeople tonight in Austin (so awesome to see so many happy mutants there tonight!).

There's still plenty of schools, libraries, shelters and other worthy institutions hoping you'll donate a copy of For the Win to them!

Next stop is Raleigh, NC, with a reading and signing at the Barnes and Noble in Cary on Saturday the 23d at 4PM. After that, it's Chapel Hill, NYC, Brooklyn and Toronto.

Full tour sched

  1. it was good to see you and to hear about your work speaking truth to power and having fun while doing it. best of luck on the rest of the tour…and i look forward to devouring ftw! slainte var.

  2. When I lived in Minneapolis area in the 90’s, I’d sometimes see Brust’s JHEREG plate on his maroon sedan (a camry I think). I’d always give a wave :)

  3. I was so much fun to meet you in person last night, Cory. Keep on rockin’ the free word!

    1. That should have said *it* was so much fun. I was fun too, but would not presume that would be the case for everyone who met me.

  4. Here, here! For those of you who haven’t been to one of Cory’s reading/signings he is super fun to listen to read and he answers and and all questions from the audience. During the signing he spends a couple minutes with everyone in line and comes across as genuinely enjoying it (unlike some authors who sign your book without even making eye contact). Austin loves you!
