You can now buy dried zombie meat at your local convenience store in Japan. The packaging claims it contains blue flesh aged to perfection in the graveyard.

Zombie is typically jerk spiced, no?

    Mmmm, cannibalicious…

  • sfhock

The jerky isn’t bad, but putrefied flesh right off the bone is still much tastier…

  • Hokkaido Hillbilly

Of course, the best part is the cutesy “It’s yummers!” translation of “GAUUUUUUUUUU!!!”

    Oh Japan…how I miss you…

I also like the disclaimer at the bottom of the package: “Freeze-dried beef jerky in the form of zombie meat; may not contain zombie meat.”

One of the reasons I love to visit Japan.. You never know what wacky foods you may find at the local store!

  • dculberson

Wouldn’t that really just be human meat? And thus, the consumer made into a cannibal?

Let’s hope that Solanum does not survive the freeze drying process.
