It’s worth noting that a similar RSS pillow, as well as iPhone-like icon & Internet acronym “chat” pillows, have been available via Throwboy for a few years now. Not to discredit this one, however. Just throwing that out there.

    • devophill

Throwboy may’ve been first, but these ones are approx. $9 cheaper and “23^2 larger. Value!

Am I being pedantic if I point out that the thing pictured looks a lot more like a cushion than a pillow?

    • Jerril

Not particularly, but you’ve run face first into one of the deltas between American English and Everybody Else English.

American English uses the word “pillow” for what Everybody Else English separates into “pillows” and “cushions”. Which, now that I read about this, finally explains “throw pillows”.

    cool

  • Craftsquatch

Thanks for the post! Pillow- is more of an American term, cushions are generally the sitting portion of the sofa for us.

Generally I have these up on my Etsy site, but I will be putting up MakersMarket exclusive pillows in the near future :). Thanks again!

it looks nice, but if your skin is anything like mine, you’d stumble around first thing in the morning with an rss feed icon embossed on your face.
