A Pennsylvania woman has filed a lawsuit against Disney alleging she was groped and molested by Donald Duck during a visit to Epcot Center in Florida. The legal complaint states that she now suffers post-traumatic stress disorder, and other long-term effects. [TSG]

    Weeellll…. I’ve heard of “f**k a duck” but getting f**ked by a duck?!?!

  • Donald Petersen

Nephew?! What the @*%# are YOU doing here?!

  • Teller

What do they expect from someone who wears a shirt but no pants?

  • Anonymous

PTSD from a single groping? Ya, right. In Japan 70% of students have been groped just while riding a train. Do 70% of Japanese students get PTSD?

  • Anonymous

And “severe injury”? What, was he wearing steel claws at the time?

  • Brainspore

Just stay away from Six Flags. If you think Donald is bad, wait until you meet Pepé Le Pew.

I don’t get it, how do they deal with this kind of lawsuits?
I mean, assuming it was not caught on camera:
one person says he groped me.
    The other says he didn’t.
How can you prove or disprove that?

They can get DNA from the feather residue left on the alleged victim

Someone help me out here. I know it is in bad taste and wrong-headed to make jokes about sexual violence, but…I’m…having….a…hard….time….resisting….

I’ve wondered why if Disney requires handlers next to their costumed characters at all times (and from what I’ve heard they’ve cracked down significantly since the Tigger incident), that they wouldn’t have some sort of security cameras on any costumed staff at all times as well.

Also, was this regular Donald at Epcot, or maybe Mexican Donald and Friends at the world pavilion? I need more details, people!

  • irksome

    He’s plucked now.

  • Gutierrez

I guess he got too jealous of how many propositions the guy who plays Captain Jack Sparrow gets.

  • IPFREELY

That bird probably already flew the coop.

  • irksome

Or should I say his goose is cooked?

jacques45: Tigger incident? I always thought he was a bit manic.

  • Felton

Hopefully he’ll pay for such fowl behavior.

  • tacoblaster

    Duck, duck, goose?

  • jimh

After being groped and molested, she was even more surprised when she received the bill…

  • dbarak

I don’t think this is the first time something like this has happened. I for one was put into a headlock by one of the characters at Disneyland in the mid 1970, when I was in my mid teens. My friends were “playfully” harassing the character, and he got fed up. He got me in a headlock and whispered to me to get them to stop or we’d get kicked out.

  • Tensegrity

Was he speaking in the Donald Duck voice when he did it? That would definitely cause PTSD.

    • Brainspore

      Tensegrity: you asked for it.

  • romulusnr

Mr. Duck’s history of inviting young children to sit on his crotch is well documented: http://failblog.org/2008/03/13/ride-design-fail/ It’s about time this sexual predator got what’s coming to him.

  • jimbuck

Donald is unsure if it was real or a dream.

“According to Magolon’s complaint, she has suffered “severe physical injury, emotional anguish and distress including, but not limited to post-traumatic stress disorder” as a result of the run-in with Donald Duck. She also contends that the incident was “one of a long line of continuing, long standing, similar prior incidents” involving the groping of patrons by costumed Disney employees.”

Seriously people? Do you really believe this woman?

  • Anonymous

He probably planted the idea of being molested whilst she was dreaming ~
