Best Buy is selling a fun-looking little gadget that turns an iPhone or iPod Touch into a pinball machine. It would be neat to have one for the iPad.
This Pinball Magic [App]cessory includes a miniature pinball machine and a free application for realistic pinball gaming action, compatible with select Apple iPhone and iPod touch models. The LED lights light up during multiball play.

Christoph Morlinghaus got a gig photographing motherboards for Cisco and discovered that the chips he was shooting were spectacular at extreme magnifications, prompting him to create Motherboard, a collection of arty, high-rez images of boards.

The commercially limiting factor is that you’d need to jailbreak your iPad to load the Mame emulator.
If you tilt the “machine”, does your antenna short out?
Now the next is to make ipad version of a Visual pinball machine
Forget the iPad version of this. I’m considering investing in a full-sized pinball machine that doubles a useless computer. The pinball machine will also not have a usable keyboard, camera or HD.
