I write books. My latest is a YA science fiction novel called Homeland (it's the sequel to Little Brother). More books: Rapture of the Nerds (a novel, with Charlie Stross); With a Little Help (short stories); and The Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow (novella and nonfic). I speak all over the place and I tweet and tumble, too.

It’s totally D-Globe from the end of Coupland’s jPod. I wonder what he’d think of the realizaiton of his idea. I wonder if he had any hand in it.

Admittedly, at the time I was really disappointed with that “revelation”. Seemed very much like he couldn’t come up with anything and was just trying to get the book finished. Such is the world of writing.
