    Transmetropolitan is one of very few comics that has moved me to tears. Transmetropolitan may be the only one that has done so more than once. There’s a scene in “The New Scum” that has to do with a stuffed animal in a shop window that just gets me every time.

    I can’t believe it’s been 10 years since the last issue! I’m old! And I’ve been reading comics for a long time!

    Transmet is a work of art, and changed the way I (and many people I know) think about the world. I would gladly pay quite a bit for new material; and even more because it supports a good cause.
