Beautiful imagery. Curiously, it seems to draw upon an old entertainment form in Japan that is illustrated in Kenji Mizoguchi's 1933 film, "Taki no shiraito" or "The Water Magician" (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0024641/). I have been unable to find any more detail on this unique entertainment form; in all likelihood, it has gone the way of Vaudeville.

Pretty cool! Like the setup of white walls and black clothing.

I wonder what opportunities there are for sculpting with cymatics in weightlessness? Suddenly, a reason to sign up for Virgin Galactic: to create art!

Once the technology is more commonplace there'll probably be a whole lot. For the time being, spacecraft tend to have a lot of delicate electronics around that haven't been waterproofed and water is just as conductive in space as it is on the ground.

You know what I like best about this post? The author included a preview still image (or its just a function of their movie) for people like me that use extensions to turn off Flash by default in browsers. Very nice thx!
