		<description>@Michael: I agree completely. I have been critical of the bureaucratic calcification setting in. The project needs to stay non-hierarchical and dynamic. Administrators have a thankless job, and fewer people have an interest in going through the bullshit election process. Enough with the pettifogging wikilawyers obsessing over byzantine rules. A little anarchy is a good thing in my book!</description>
