		<description>In practice, gay quite often means queer (just because we can&#039;t say queer outside the community). Plenty of women and people who are technically bisexual identify as gay. Gay doesn&#039;t necessarily mean homosexual male. In the west, we didn&#039;t start sub-categorizing gender and sexual orientation to death until the 70s due to identity politics.</description>
