The boxes with terminals on top look to be some sort or resistor box, maybe to be used in a variant of a Wheatstone bridge?</description>

		<description>I really wish some of the unknown wooden box items would have a photo of the circuitry inside attached.  These things are from the time before circuit boards, and a lot could be gleaned from a glimpse.</description>
