Promo is finished
Deal is donezo…. too bad. :(
I’ve been on their mailing list for a couple years; they send out e-mails rather infrequently (once or twice a month at most) if anyone’s wondering.
I knew they were doing stickers from one of their emails and had been thinking about getting some, I was rather slow to see this today though. I might get some anyway. I’ve got a vector penguin drawing ready for just these occasions.
This sounds a lot like the ‘500 free business cards’ spam mails I get 20 times a week … in the end you end up giving away your email address for further spam, pay shipping … and who knows what you get … I like a good ‘free bee’ offer … that just does not sound like one (or like one I have heard too many times before)
fortunately, moo is a quality company with really nice materials and ganerally a class act, unlike vista print and those shit ones you’re talking about
This is totally free. At no point in the ordering process do you enter any payment information. You can also opt-out of receiving newsletters and things like that. Even if they send you some, it’s so incredibly easy to set up filters in Gmail that it’s really not an issue.
Yey!! Free stickers nyan nyan cat :D
Well I already use Moo business cards and they are lovely, so I’m very much looking forward to my free stickers, thanks!
Thanks! Just submitted my order. And shipping was free! I paid zero dollars.
When I tested it, the shipping is free if you live in the U.S. You are complaining about getting $10 worth of stuff completely free of charge in return for giving them the necessary information to send it to you and five minutes of attention.
That would have been great info … and also the info from that other source that said he lived outside the US.
I guess I am too late now to design my stickers and try to be #249 :D
I just submitted as well. Everything was free, from cards, to tax, to shipping, even though I live outside of the States.
Plus, I opted out of allowing them to send me spam. And even if they do, that is what filters are for.
Like the famous Fugazi t-shirt in content but not in spirit.
I ordered those little stick business cards from them ages ago, I forgot how much I liked MOO.
thanks Boing Boing and MOO! i got stickers :D
I now will have 50 little coyote roadkill stickers from a previous BB post to adorn restaurant menus with. Thanks MOO!
Thanks, Rob. I produced a sticker book for the local non-profit that does cat rescue. All for free!
i’m one fast clicker! thanks!
Wheeee ^_^ knocked up a stickerbook of my noise band logo and pixel art at work when I should be doing something much more important, promo code worked, all free, THANKS BOINGBOING!
Wow, fantastic. I am stickered up!
Thank you! Ordered some “You can make a difference” stickers inspired by http://www.boingboing.net/2010/04/27/imaginary-foundation-6.html
Moo does great work, I use them for my business cards and the quality is fantastic. In for a set of stickers using images from my last round of business cards.
Note that you have to use the lowest-cost shipping option to get free shipping with the code. In my case that puts delivery date out to July 18th, although with my business card order I got it almost a full week earlier than they predicted.
It’s not too late — I just got some, it was super quick and easy.
Stickers on the way! Thanks man.
The deal is gone, but I still ordered (so it worked!) – I was going to get some stickers done anyway.
Moo.com isn’t like some of the “500 FREE Business Cards!” ones, because the quality of their products and customer service is very high. We use them at work to print little promo cards for stuff.
I didn’t think I’d be soon enough, but now I’m getting a vanity sticker book, with 90 pictures of me on it!
Thank woo :D
Thanks BoingBoing! Got my free order! You guys rock!
ok .. just spent another 13 minutes on that site … only then to find out that I need to switch to the UK store and all my data was … well .. ‘do it again’ (as in GONE) … so … congratz to the happy 250 US inhabitants … I am looking forward to more freebies like that … that are maybe a bit easier to deal with …
I just went through the whole process to discover at the very last step that “Sorry, either this promotion has finished, or the code you’re trying to enter has already been used.” I guess it’s good business to put the coupon at the end, hoping you’ll go ahead and order the stickers you’ve designed.
Nice advertisement… just a heads up to everyone: the 250 freebies have been used up. But they don’t tell you that until they have your home address and email. :-\
