Three explosions rocked crowded districts of India's financial capital of Mumbai during rush hour on Wednesday, killing 13 or more people and injuring at least 81, according to officials as of 8:41am Pacific time. This is the biggest attack on the city since 2008 assaults blamed on Pakistan-based militants. Two of the blasts were in south Mumbai, while one was in central Mumbai, according to police.
