Hand-carved collage master Winston Smith, best known for his iconic logo and album art for the Dead Kennedys, is holding a special studio show and art sale December 9 at Grant's Tomb in San Francisco. Winston says he'll have new and classic original art to "suit any budget." I've been a huge fan of Winston's exquisite and provocative work since I was a teenager -- in my eyes, he defined the look of anti-authoritarian punk rock graphics. Someday I hope to have one of his classic originals on my wall! "Winston Smith's Mid-Winter Night's Scream"
