Cory Doctorow at 4:39 am Tue, Dec 6, 2011
Curious as to what you talk about? Is it always a new subject? News of the day sort of thing? Your book? Thanks.
Zurich? Which one? Ontario, California, Kansas, Montana, or New York?
Or maybe the one on the other side of the pond, in The Netherlands?
I wonder if there is a town in the world that has a really unique name. A name that no other town has copied.
To PaulR: check the tags. (I know, you meant it as a joke, but still…)
There’s the one in Wales.
Should I be able to found a new town one day, I will call it “New Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch”.
Shediac, New Brunswick. (If you don’t count nearby ‘Shediac Bridge’ and ‘Shediac Cape’.)
I also suspect that there isn’t aany other ‘Dildo’, except for the the one in Newfoundland.
And, or course, Llanddewi Brefi. Mind you, if there WAS another Llanddewi Brefi, then would they share the village ‘gay’ or would each one have its own./I’m so sorry to threadjack this one, Cory. It wasn’t on purpose.I hope that “An Evening with Cory Doctorow” goes swimmingly! They’re describing you as a ‘Brilliant’ speaker. Very nice!
Perfect! I will be able to found a new town one day, hopes^_^
