Five years ago, I posted that the fabled Ark of the Covenant may not be in some nondescript crate in a massive US government warehouse but rather in the small Ethiopian town of Aksum where it is guarded by a virgin monk who can never leave the chapel where it sits. Smithsonian sent a reporter there but he didn't get to see it either. According to the Daily Mail, the chapel's roof is now badly leaking and so the ark will be moved into a temporary chapel. I just hope they're not tempted to open it. (And yes, I know, the Daily Mail, but I wanted to seize the opportunity to post the above video.) "Will this be the first time the world sees the Ark of Covenant?"
