		<description>I&#039;ll second that recommendation. I&#039;ve watched several free videos there &amp; bought two of his downloads, both worth the $10. 

Matt also posts regularly on ConceptArt.org. His sketchbook thread there is really strong.

I heard you mention that you have never really learned how to draw digitally in photoshop or a similar program. I have a resource to recommend  called ctrlpaint.com that has a bunch of very excellent video tutorials that cover a wide variety of digital drawing and painting topics. Its has the basics and more advanced techniques and the instructor Matt Kohr is very knowledgeable and never boring.  It would be a great addition to the resource list.</description>
