I have a resource to recommend  called ctrlpaint.com that has a bunch of very excellent video tutorials that cover a wide variety of digital drawing and painting topics. Its has the basics and more advanced techniques and the instructor Matt Kohr is very knowledgeable and never boring.  It would be a great addition to the resource list. Hey Mark,

We're addicted and are trying to think of a way we can convince our department to pay for more space.  The university we work for does offer AFS space, but it's really not the same.
