I still have never seen them own up to what they did and how wrong it was. Therfore, in my opinion they do not take privacy seriously and will very likely do something similar again. If Boing Boing wants to do something with your info while technically adhering to its privacy policy, they'll simply redefine the information they feel they need to share with some third party as 'not private' — problem solved. If SOPA actually gave any real help to people being ripped off by overseas companies that sell items on eBay, I’d be in favor of it, but it only makes it easier for eBay to crush competition.
