		<description>Yeah, your average po-thead knows that the active ingredients are soluble in oil. Just eating raw weed doesn&#039;t get you anywhere. You fry it up in a bit of oil, gently, and add the resulting concoction to baked goods or whatever.</description>

		<description>Don&#039;t know if it&#039;s true, but I think he claims that heat is required to create / release THC. Too much heat (smoking) breaks down much of it too ... but he may be right that some heat is needed in the first place. I suspect you WOULD get high, but I also suspect it would be FAR less efficient than cooking a bit in oil would.</description>
