    I suppose superstition must have been a big problem, there are quite a few important people there. Lieutenant-governor-elect of Illinois, vice president of Pullman co. and  head of the Chicago district of the Secret Service acting like 8 year olds who just discovered there’s no Santa? I guess old white men had more fun back then.
