No Jerwin, it doesn’t. It shows the user the likely effect of their shot placement. This diagram has nothing to do with “maiming” unless you think that people who practice defensive shooting try to *avoid* the areas shown in the diagram.

FWIW, if the saw is a Black & Decker, it’s designed for use at the end of a 10-foot pole, and only weighs 12 lbs including all ten feet of the pole. So yeah, it’s gonna be totally front-heavy, but not as bad as it could have been.

My one concern is that the chain won’t be properly oiled if the saw’s upside-down, but then I’ve never investigated the lubricative qualities of entrails.

PS: you know cars kill more people in the US than firearms, right?
