There is or was a large framed picture of hard-drinkin' Leslie Nielsen in his wilderness years (pre-"Airplane!") in the departure lounge, which I found a bit bizarre and not as funny as the original "Naked Gun", but waaay funnier than "33 1/3: The Final Insult".

Wait, it's confusing... since the nineties per se began on January 1, 1991, do people born in 1990 count? If they don't, then people born in 2000 surely DO count, as the "noughties" didn't begin until (you guessed it) January 1, 2o01.

It shouldn't be a problem now, but just wait a few years, when the hormones start a-flowing!

The sign reads
"There are risks in high places,Love Love be careful"

The first sentence is self-explanatory.The second sentence's meaning:

"Love Love" - referring to intercourse, or simply sexual activities in general
"be careful" - probably intended means "think twice"Therefore, the sign can be interpreted as "There are risks high up in the air, think twice before you act sexually."However, it can also be interpreted as 'There are risks high up in the air, be careful when you act sexually.'

I have been told that the (mainland) Chinese refer to the "after 90s" generation almost like North Americans say "millennials". Roughly, those are the ones who have grown up with influence from the outside world and have a more global perspective: they are very different from their parents.

So the closest culturally-aware translation is probably something like "keep your pants on, hippies".

Edit: I can't find much (English) reference to that cultural divide, but this mentions it, at least: http://articles.cnn.com/2010-07-18/tech/china.post90s.generation_1_internet-analyst-wild-card-generation-tencent?_s=PM:TECH
