It’s recently been made a national park, probably the smallest national park in the world, so I doubt (and hope) that any hotel will be built there.

I will have to watch. I don’t really have a gut reaction as to how to answer the question. The island environment is essentially man made. Is that really a bad place for a Hotel? I grew up in the woods and love those natural places, but I also know the woods will be sold and maybe more houses will be built. Permanence is the most destructive human delusion.
