There is a gift shop up top on the city side. This installation is apparently part of an art show taking place at the old fort below the bridge (also on the city side).

the materials purist in me is kinda disappointed that this color isn’t just the bridge’s actual rust, like the green of a copper roof. though on second thought, allowing a bridge to rust is surely a foolhardy idea.
